This was an initial one day event for people to meet, mix and meddle.
It was at Mozilla in London on 1st May, 11am – 4.30pm
The day provided a chance to find out more about what the range of work covered by the term ‘digital’ in relation to the arts – web platforms/options, gaming, i-doc, app building, arduino & sensors, sound, light, coding, gps, cloud technology, motion capture and more (we didn’t cover everything in depth!)
It was be a chance to find out what people do – both disabled artists and digital experts. We created a real mixing of people, with plenty of time set aside for structured networking and chances to look for common interests (well, not as much time as we hoped as everything else was soooo interesting).
You can find out more about who was there and what happened by looking at the blogs or check out this rough edit video below filmed by Christopher Goulden, a student at the University of Portsmouth, edited by Damian Toal (a more refined one with titles etc is coming soon!).
